We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to oversee daily office operations and maintain financial records for our structural engineering firm. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients and directing them to the appropriate staff, preparing marketing documents, reviewing technical reports, processing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining filing records, managing office supplies.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following skills:
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week; Monday to Friday; in person
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on qualifications
